EDUCATION

We believe that educating people on animal welfare issues is vitally important. We are currently offering educational workshops for schools and youth groups throughout the North West. We hope over time our new education programme will help to:

see a reduction in the numbers of unwanted dogs and cats in the Northwest area
see a reduction in acts of cruelty and neglect towards animals in the Northwest area
highlight the importance of responsible pet ownership

Our objective is to educate young people so that they have a heightened awareness, better understanding and a more compassionate attitude towards animals.
Representatives from the Rainbow Rescue and Rehoming Centre can visit your school / youth group to do an hour long workshop on various welfare issues and responsible pet ownership.
